What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is only $300.

What is the order cut off time?
Please see the schedule above for cut off times in your area. Same Day Delivery is usually available for HK and Kowloon orders that are submitted by 1:00 PM Monday - Friday.

Otherwise, for most of the Hong Kong SAR, orders submitted by the cut-off time can be delivered on the next working day.

Note: No deliveries on Saturday, Sundays, Public Holidays or during black rain storms or T8

When can I order?
You can order online 24 * 7. No blackout periods!

Do you sell by the pack or by weight?
We sell by the pack and show you the price per kilo in the shop front as well.

Is the price I see online the final price? Or will my invoice show a different price after you weigh the products?
The price you see is the price you get! No surprises!

When I buy a 500g pack of mince, will I receive exactly 500g?
Usually, you will receive a little bit more than the advertised weight. Of course, goods settle in transit and no butcher's knife is perfect!

You should expect up to 10% variance on either side - generally, though, you'll come out on top.

Are you just like a local butcher? Can I request cuts or products that are not shown on the website?
Yes you can! We regularly supply our customers with bulk packs and special products. Contact us and we will see if we can help you!
Do you offer Same Day Express/Rush Delivery as well as Next Day Delivery?
Absolutely! Orders for delivery to HK & Kowloon that are submitted by 1:00 PM Monday - Friday can be delivered on the same day!

In addition, for most of the Hong Kong SAR, if you submit your order by 1:00 PM you can elect to receive Next Day Delivery 6 days per week! Check the schedule for your area here.

What days and times do you deliver?
For most areas, we deliver 6 days per week: Mon-Fri. Check the schedule for your area here.

No Standard deliveries on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays.

Delivery will be delayed if typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

We deliver almost everywhere in the Hong Kong SAR. Check your area here.

Can you deliver to my office?
Absolutely! Please choose the AM delivery timeslot to guarantee that your receive delivery before you head home for the day.

How do I get free delivery?
Standard Delivery is FREE of charge if you spend over $600 (after discount).

What if I don't buy enough for free delivery? How much will it cost me?
Very little! It's only $70!

How do you deliver my goods so icy cold despite the Hong Kong heat?
It's simple - insulated packaging and frozen bottles of water (which you can drink)

What if I live outside your Standard Delivery area or need delivery outside of your Standard Delivery hours? Can I still buy products?
Of course! If you need a customised delivery then just contact us (email, phone or web enquiry) and we will do our very best to sort something out for you!

We may have to apply an extra delivery charge to cover the cost of a customised delivery. But rest assured, any extra charge will be at the cost and if we can sqeeze you into our daily delivery run at standard delivery rates then we'll do so instead.

What happens if I am not home when you deliver?
We take every precaution to ensure completed delivery:
  1. Please ensure that someone is ready to receive your delivery at the selected time slot
  2. If no one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instruction on your Profile
  3. If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied in your Profile to make alternate arrangements
  4. If this fails then the goods will be returned to Cold Storage.
Regretfully may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
Absolutely! Our Same Delivery service is available Monday to Friday for Hong Kong & Kowloon. Cut off time is 1 PM
I Am MeatMaster
How do I become a meatMaster?
  1. Spend $5,000 in a 3 month period and your membership will be upgraded to meatMaster status.
  2. We will send you an email or WhatsApp notifying you of your status upgrade.
  3. Once your account is upgraded you will receive an automatic 15% discount applied to purchases at checkout.*

* Some items may not qualify for meatMaster discount (e.g., already heavily discounted) See our FAQ questions or reach out to our customer service staff if you need any help.

Why isn’t my meatMaster discount showing at checkout?
MeatMaster discount will apply when your order total is over $600 on valid items.​ Some items already heavily discounted (eg bogof) or items that are not eligible (eg fresh produce) will not count towards the $600 total. Delivery charge is also excluded.

How do I know which items qualify for my meatmaster discount?
MeatMaster discount price will appear in green under the full price amount. If you only see one price, the item is not eligible for the discount.

What do you mean by "returnable" packaging? How does that work?
Recyclable materials are good, but reusing existing materials is better! Reusing packaging employs a fraction of the energy of recycling.

On each delivery, our driver will gladly accept your previous delivery's insulated bags and Jelly Ice packs. Back in our cold storage we check them for damage, clean and restore them.

Then, in your Profile, just tell us if you're happy to accept clean, reused insulated bags.
Privacy, Payment & Security
How can I pay for my goods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Cheques, FPS. PayMe and PayPal.

Will my credit card be billed in Hong Kong dollars?
Yes, it will!

Can I pay by cash?
Yes, payment will be rounded off to the nearest $10. If your order is $556 it will be rounded off to $560.

Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes - we will email your receipt/invoice to you.

In the interests of being green, we do not provide paper receipts as standard. You can either print off your email or contact us for a hard copy of your receipt (printed on recycled paper of course!).

Are your products guaranteed?
Yes! We take great pride in the quality of our cold chain and products. sources only from the highest rated Australian and international suppliers and we eat what we sell.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason then please contact us within 7 days of delivery - depending on the situation, we can reimburse you, replace the product, or offer you cash back on your next purchase.

How secure is my personal information?
At we request only the minimum of information required to give you great service. We will never sell your information to outside parties and we do not store any credit card details.

How secure are my credit card payments?

If I pay by credit card, must I enroll in some 3rd party Payment provider as well?
NO!!! We use the latest payment technology so that your checkout is simple and secure.

Note that if you have enrolled in the "Verified by Visa" programme (or if your card issuing bank requires it) then you may have to enter your personal password during checkout.

How do cheque payments work?

How come some of my red meat products are not red?
Because they are fresher than what you are used to! Just open the vacuum pack and let your meat bloom!

The red colour you see in some meats is a result of exposure to gasses in the air. Did you know that in many retail shops, packaging is injected with gasses to make the meat look artificially bright red?

Most products are vacuum sealed instead of gas flushed. Vacuum sealing is the best way to keep our products as fresh as possible for you.

When you open the pack, just leave your red meat out for a few minutes and watch it bloom!

What is "Free Range"?
Free-range is a term which outside of the United States denotes a method of farming husbandry where the animals are allowed to roam freely instead of being contained in any manner.

What is "Free Range Chicken"?
The term “Free-range chicken” means chickens have access to paddocks outside during the day (weather permitting) and are free to roam, scratch and peck. Free Range chickens are herded into their sheds at night to prevent attack by natural predators such as foxes. This requires certification and accreditation from (FREPA).

What is "Free Roaming"?
Free roaming means just that. Chickens are not in cages and are free to roam in large sheds.They are reared in the same way as all other commercially grown chickens. They are free to roam around in substantial poultry houses with no restrictions for accessing water and feed. All sheds are well ventilated and temperature controlled. Shedding also protects chickens from the elements, as well as possible contamination from outside items, including harmful diseases, which may be carried by flying birds.
