All our sausages are raw and freshly hand made from meats that have not been previously cured and use natural lamb casings. Sausages must be refrigerated or can be frozen and must be thoroughly cooked before eating.

Sausages are great barbecued, grilled, stir-fried, pan-fried or roasted. If you want to change it up a bit, try curried sausages!
