To reheat and brown -

Bring the Sous Vide Turkey to room temperature (if you put it in the oven cold, it will take longer to cook
Place the portioned turkey onto a rack sitting over a roasting pan
Open the bag of liquid provided and pour it into the bottom of the roasting pan.
For 3KG, in a medium oven to brown and crisp it should take 20mins-35mins. if not quite ready set the timer to 5 mins at a time.
To double-check doneness, pierce the thickest part of the bird and the juices should run clear
Juice on the bottom of the pan make an awesome gravy
