Duck Fat Roast Potatoes You will need: 1 Tablespoon Duck Fat, 500g of Potatoes
Pre-heat oven to 200ºC. Parboil peeled and halved potatoes. Drain Well. Add 1 tablespoon of Duck Fat to the saucepan and season with salt and pepper. Give the pan a shake to rough up the edges and coat the potatoes. Place potatoes on a roasting tray in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until golden and crunchy.
Make it your own: Roast some whole garlic cloves and sprigs of rosemary with the potatoes for a great aroma
