Direction to use:
1. Thaw the beef wellington in 4 degree refrigerator to defrost for 12 hours, remove all the packing before cooking.
2. Preheat oven at 220 degree.
3. Place the beef wellington on a preheated tray lined with greaseproof paper.
4. Brush the pastry with beaten egg and pierce holed using a fork for several times.
5. Place baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven with the time suggested below.
6. Allow to rest for 15mins before serving.
Cooking Time - Medium Rarefor 35 minutes. Medium well done for 40 minutes.
